These Terms govern your use of https://www.greenhavenretreat.org/ (“Site”) and bookings with Green Haven Retreat LTD (“we/us”).

1) Website use

  • Content is for general information; we may update without notice.

  • You must not misuse the Site (malware, scraping, unlawful content).

  • IP: All content is owned by or licensed to us; you may not copy or reuse without permission.

2) Booking terms

  • Bookings are confirmed when we send a written confirmation and receive any required deposit/payment.

  • You must provide accurate information (including accessibility/health needs relevant to safety).

  • Age: a responsible adult (18+) must be the lead guest for any booking that includes children.

  • Code of conduct: respect staff, other guests, animals, and the environment; follow safety instructions.

  • Health & safety: some activities involve inherent risks. We’ll brief you and manage risk, but you agree to follow guidance and supervise children. Inform us of any medical/allergy/access needs in advance.

  • Photo/filming: we’ll only use images of you/your family with opt-in consent.

3) Prices & payment

  • Prices are shown on the Site or in your quote and include applicable taxes unless stated.

  • Payment schedules and due dates are set out at checkout or in your invoice. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation under the Refund Policy below.

We may change or cancel due to events outside our control (e.g., severe weather, staff illness, government restrictions). We will offer:
(a) a re-schedule; or (b) a refund in line with the Refund Policy.

6) Force majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, strikes, acts of government).

7) Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8) Complaints

Please contact info@greenhavenretreat.org. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

9) Personal data

Handled under our Privacy Policy.

10) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of Wales and England have jurisdiction.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site applies to your booking/usage from its effective date.

  • Rhaid darparu gwybodaeth gywir (gan gynnwys anghenion mynediad/iechyd perthnasol i ddiogelwch).

  • Oedran: rhaid i oedolyn cyfrifol (18+) fod yn brif westai ar gyfer unrhyw archeb sy’n cynnwys plant.

  • Cod ymddygiad: parchu staff, gwesteion eraill, anifeiliaid a’r amgylchedd; dilyn cyfarwyddiadau diogelwch.

  • Iechyd a diogelwch: gall rhai gweithgareddau gynnwys risg cynhenid. Byddwn yn briffio ac yn rheoli risg; rydych yn cytuno i ddilyn canllawiau a goruchwylio plant. Rhowch wybod ymlaen llaw am unrhyw anghenion meddygol/alergedd/mynediad.

  • Llunio/ffilmio: dim ond gyda chydsyniad optio i mewn y defnyddir delweddau.

3) Prisiau a thaliad

  • Dangosir prisiau ar y Wefan neu yn eich dyfynbris ac fel arfer maent yn cynnwys trethi oni nodir fel arall.

  • Amserlenni a therfynau talu fel yn y ddesg dalu neu ar yr anfoneb.

Gweler y Polisi Ad-dalu. Anfonwch geisiadau yn ysgrifenedig i info@greenhavenretreat.org.

5) Newidiadau a chanslo gennym ni

Gallwn newid neu ganslo oherwydd digwyddiadau y tu hwnt i’n rheolaeth (e.e., tywydd garw, salwch staff, cyfyngiadau’r llywodraeth). Byddwn yn cynnig:
(a) aildrefnu; neu (b) ad-daliad yn unol â’r Polisi Ad-dalu.

Dim atebolrwydd am fethiannau oherwydd digwyddiadau y tu hwnt i reolaeth resymol.

7) Atebolrwydd

Nid yw dim yn cyfyngu atebolrwydd am farwolaeth neu anaf personol oherwydd ein esgeulustod, twyll, na lle na ellir ei eithrio gan y gyfraith. Fel arall, cyfyngir ein hatebolrwydd i swm y gwasanaethau perthnasol a dalwyd.
